One core move + one balance move at a time. You’ll repeat the same pair for 5 days so you can really feel the difference.

Every 5 days, we switch. By the end of October, you’ll have learned and mastered 6 different moves for your core and balance.

Daily check-ins. Post your progress in our private Facebook group (or email me directly if you’re not on Facebook). This accountability is where the magic happens!
