Virtual Dance Studio Blueprint Service Agreement
Introduction:
By enrolling in the **Virtual Dance Studio Blueprint** 8-week program, you (the "Participant") acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Service Agreement. This agreement sets forth the expectations, responsibilities, and terms of engagement for both parties (you and Ashley Borromeo).

The Virtual Dance Studio Blueprint is a step-by-step program designed to provide tools, resources, and coaching to help you launch your virtual dance studio. This program is based on Ashley Borromeo's personal experience and success in building Tap Fitness Family and her online dance business. As an inaugural participant, you will receive a $1,000 discount in exchange for providing a testimonial at the end of the program.
Ashley’s Responsibilities:
1. Ashley will provide the framework, tools, and guidance necessary to assist you in launching your virtual dance studio during the 8-week program.
2. Ashley will offer coaching, feedback, and support based on her proven methods and personal experience.
3. Ashley will conduct weekly group meetings and offer office hours as detailed in the program schedule.
4. All resources, tools, and strategies provided are based on best practices and personal success but are not guaranteed to deliver specific outcomes such as sales numbers or follower counts.
Participant's Responsibilities:
1. As a participant, you acknowledge that success in this program depends on your own efforts, engagement, and application of the tools and strategies provided.
2. You understand and agree to provide a testimonial at the end of the 8-week program, which Ashley Borromeo may use for future marketing purposes.
3. You agree that you will not hold Ashley Borromeo responsible for any outcomes, including but not limited to business performance, revenue, or online growth, as these depend on many external factors.
4. You understand that while Ashley will provide her best support and guidance, the ultimate success of your virtual dance studio is your responsibility.
Limitation of Liability:
Ashley Borromeo is not liable for any outcomes related to this program, including but not limited to financial loss, business decisions, or personal or professional results. You agree to release and hold Ashley harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from your participation in the Virtual Dance Studio Blueprint.
Discount and Testimonial Agreement:
In exchange for the $1,000 discount offered as part of this inaugural launch, you agree to provide an honest testimonial at the end of the program. This testimonial may be used in marketing materials, websites, and promotions for future launches of the Virtual Dance Studio Blueprint.
No Guarantees of Specific Results:
While Ashley Borromeo provides proven tools and strategies, this program does not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to a certain number of followers, sales, or revenue. The tools provided are intended to support you in launching your virtual dance studio, but the responsibility for implementing these strategies rests with the Participant.
Final Agreement:
By enrolling in the Virtual Dance Studio Blueprint, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all the terms of this Service Agreement.
