Alive & Aligned Collective â Customer Service Agreement
1. Agreement to Terms
By enrolling in the Alive & Aligned Collective, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of this coaching container and the immediate access to live calls, community interaction, and digital content, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:

Changes in availability or scheduling conflicts

Dissatisfaction with the coaching experience or program content

Missed sessions or personal interruptions
You are welcome to cancel your membership at any time before your next billing cycle, but no partial refunds or prorated cancellations will be given.
3. Assumption of Risk & Liability Release
By participating in this program, you acknowledge and accept that:

Alive & Aligned may include light movement-based activities such as stretching, grounding, or embodied practices.

You are responsible for listening to your body and modifying movements as needed to suit your personal abilities.

You confirm you are physically fit to participate and have consulted a physician if necessary.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release Ashley Borromeo, TapFitFam LLC, and any associated facilitators from liability for any claims, injuries, or damages that may arise.
4. Personal Responsibility
Your results in this program are a direct reflection of your engagement, consistency, and willingness to implement the tools and coaching support provided.

No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

You are responsible for attending scheduled coaching sessions (live or via replay) and engaging with the community if desired.

Your transformation is your own, and this program is here to supportânot replaceâyour personal responsibility.
5. Confidentiality & Community Standards
This is a private, safe coaching environment. You agree to:

Respect the confidentiality of other members and their stories.

Not share screenshots, quotes, or any personal details outside of the group without explicit consent.

Engage with kindness, compassion, and integrity.
Harmful, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the program and community space, without refund.
6. Access & Intellectual Property

You will have access to live sessions, replays, and community discussions for the duration of your membership.

All content, including video calls, worksheets, coaching methods, and exercises, is for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, or repurposed.

Music (if used during any movement portions) is not owned by Ashley Borromeo or TapFitFam LLC and remains the property of its respective copyright holders.
7. Agreement Acknowledgment
By enrolling in the Alive & Aligned Collective, you confirm that you have read and agree to the full terms of this Customer Service Agreement. You understand your participation is voluntary and assume all personal responsibility and legal agreement to the terms listed above.
